Air pressure operation with a 2" diameter easy-to-read gauge, safety release valve, adjustable thermostat to 250°F, and thermometer well (thermometer not included). Machined aluminum pot, cover and base with durable steel ceramic-mica aluminum heating element. Double sealed no leak nozzle. Adjustable heat. Requires an air compressor that is capable of reaching a minimum of 30 PSI. Made in USA.
