Making spinner rings is easier than ever with this two-piece Spinner Ring Set from Fretz. Simply hammer the mandrel through the ring to give one side a slight flare. Place a smaller ring over the non-flared end and repeat the flaring process on the other side to lock the spinner band in place. The hammer which is shown in the picture, is not included. Made in Vietnam.
