VivaColor Color - Pure Blue (10g)

10 grams of Pure Blue VivaColor is supplied with both the Basic and the Deluxe set, as well as in the set of 8 colors.  Experiment with adding more of this pure blue color into some of the other VivaColors (such as into red to create your own shade of purple).  Creating unique colors will always set your designs apart from others.
