The LuxArt® basic color scheme includes a carefully selected range of standard colors, all of which may also be combined to create further vibrant shades. Basic steps:
- Roughen the design area by sand blasting, etching, etc.
- Carefully clean and dry the design area
- Apply the link and allow to air drive for about 60 seconds
- Apply the bond
- Cure the bond using the TwinLux Dual UV and blue light curing tool
- Remove excess bond with the foam roller
- Apply the LuxArt colors in layers
- Harden each layer using the TwinLux Dual UV and blue light curing tool
- Turn, mill, sand to achieve desired design and finish
Exposure to light from the TwinLux Dual curing tool for 1-minute yields the following different, color specific curing depths:
