This narrow raising hammer is used for raising small cylinders and concave shapes. The thinner head allows the hammer to fit into tighter curves for raising and planishing. Also useful for forging. Fretz Hammers feature beautiful and strong hardwood handles, oil finished and tapering to a slender neck for flexibility. Head is cast from 420-grade stainless steel and hardened to 50HRC for maximum durability. Faces measure 23x8mm and 23x6mm and are polished to a mirror shine. Made in Vietnam.
