The two broad, rectangular faces of the large, raising, HMR-305 hammer are made to move metal quickly and easily while leaving a relatively smooth finish. Raising hammers compress metal onto a stake or other form to shape the metal without thinning it. Part of the Fretz 300 Series, these hammers are the largest hammers Fretz has ever made. The heavy stainless-steel heads are made out of 420 stainless and hardened to 50 HRC. Paired with oiled hardwood handles that are shaped and weighted perfectly to give you maximum control. Made in Vietnam.
