This mallet has a 2-3/8" head length and is supplied with one brass and one nylon 5/8" face. Easily replaceable when worn. To change face, simply remove the threaded collar with wrench supplied, slip out worn face and insert new one. Disclaimer: Color of the handle may vary slightly from light to dark wood.
