DLyte 10 Standard Dry Electropolisher

The DLyte 10 metal surface finishing equipment uses dry electropolishing technology, suitable for companies with medium manufacturing volume. It is designed for high value, very small and fragile and delicate parts that require high-demanding finishing requirements, and for R&D purposes. Its one-step automatic process reduces the complexity of current multi-step finishing processes, while improving cost efficiency and repeatability. This machine does not require a closed water recycling system nor sludge waste treatment machinery, therefore reducing the need for additional space, labor, and environmental licenses for waste management. It is suitable for pieces with a working volume capacity of 140 Ø mm x 75 mm and a maximum weight of 2.5 kg.  designed for materials such as steels, cobalt-chrome, copper, and nickel-based alloys with low frequency parameters.  Used for precision finishing, smoothing, mirror finishing, deburring, rounding, corrosion resistance and AM post processing.  Suitable for companies that require precision surface finishing of high-quality metal parts in industries such as medical devices, luxury goods, tools, and food or pharmaceuticals.
