DLyte 100 Standard Dry Electropolisher

DLyte 100 is a metal surface finishing equipment using dry electropolishing technology for companies with medium to large production. It is specially designed to treat high-value, small, fragile and delicate parts that require high-demanding finishing requirements and R&D purposes. Its one-step, automatic process reduces the complexity of current multi-step finishing processes, while improving cost efficiency and repeatability. This machine does not require a system to recycle water and sludge waste treatment machinery, therefore

saving space, labor, and environmental licenses for waste management. It is suitable for pieces with a working volume capacity of 180 Ø mm x 80 mm and a maximum weight of 5 kg.   Compatible with Steel, Cobalt-chrome, Copper-based alloys, and Nickel-based alloys using Low Frequency parameters.  Anti-vibratory system and Holder Checking Tool are included. Cathode set and holder are not included.
