This 6" diameter by 30 ply buff is made of soft, thick fabric with 4 wide rows of concentric stitching and a shellac injected pin-hole center. Edges are combed. For use with rouge to give a high finish to precious metals. Excellent for use on high-karat gold and on silver. For use on a tapered spindle. Made in USA.
