LUMACOP 217 is the manufacturer-recommended cleaning soap for use with the Unicast Vertical Magnetic Tumbler (PM1 and PM2 models). This soap is added to the tumbler's working chamber water (4L for PM1; 8L for PM2) prior to the finishing cycle. It is designed to keep the stainless steel pins clean and free of buildup, ensuring consistent performance over repeated use cycles.
This liquid soap works in conjunction with angle-cut stainless steel pins to clean, deburr, and burnish jewelry surfaces during the magnetic finishing cycle. It helps remove surface defects left by the casting process and promotes a uniform, bright finish on micro-cast pieces, whether worked as individual items or on full casting trees.
